Cuba follows the system of using different colour background number plates for the Automobiles-
1) Black- Diplomats
2) Blue- Government
3) Yellow- Cuban Nationals
4) Orange-Commercial Firm and Employees
5) Red- Lost Number Plate
6) Brown- Tourist
7) Green- Military
